We know that the privacy of your personal information is important to you.  Protecting the privacy or your personal information is something we take very seriously.  The following statement discloses the privacy policy that we have developed and abide by.

We do not collect any personal information on prospects that browse our web pages.  We only collect information that is voluntarily provided to us via our online application form, telephone, facsimile, mail, or other direct contact from you or your attorney.  We request and collect information regarding your case from your attorney only after we have received your application and authorization to release information.

Although we are unable to guarantee data transmitted via the internet is not vulnerable to interception, we take aggressive measures in attempt to protect and secure your information.  This includes providing the option of submitting your information via a secure submission form and encrypting sensitive information that we may collect from you and retain in our database.

The information we collect from you and/or your attorney will not be given, sold, or rented to any other third parties for commercial marketing purposes.  The information we collect from you and/or your attorney will only be used for the limited purpose of determining your eligibility for pre-settlement lawsuit funding. Your information may be shared with outside affiliates and investors within our industry for the limited purpose of evaluating, processing, and funding the transaction you have applied for.

We have no control over the privacy policies and procedures of outside affiliates and investors and cannot guarantee that your information will be handled in a manner consistent with our privacy policy when shared with such affiliated third parties.
